Description

This refined image, entitled “Hermaphrodite”, is a work by renowned artist Man Ray. The bronze sculpture is finished with a gold patina and measures 27 cm in height, excluding the wooden base. The work is signed by Man Ray on the inside of the left leg. In addition, there is a foundry mark and numbering on the inside of the right leg: 'Artcurial/16/350'.

Although the concept for this statue was conceived in 1919, it was actually cast and released in 1976, in a limited edition of 350 copies.
