Order and shipping confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed - it will contain your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to divert goods while they are on their way to you.
Orders can be processed and shipped up to 5 business days. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. Please note that monogrammed items can ship for up to four weeks regardless of the shipping type chosen. Please also note that in some cases your order may arrive in multiple shipments (ie in the case of pre-order, backorder and monogrammed/personalized items).

We currently ship to Belgium and addresses in the Netherlands and Luxembourg
We also ship worldwide, but please note, not all items can be shipped to all countries. If we are unable to ship to you, we will contact you to find a solution. Thank you very much for your patience as we expand our international presence.
All shipments to Belgium and worldwide are dutifully delivered – with duties calculated and collected at checkout, so there will never be any additional charges on top of what is captured at checkout.
Belgium and worldwide
The applicable sales tax will be charged on the total of the goods, if any. Taxes are calculated based on the shipping destination and specified on the Order Summary page, meaning taxes are calculated and collected as part of the product price displayed and no additional taxes are charged at checkout.
All correspondence relating to the return of goods will be between you and us. You may not contact any artist directly for any reason.
You must notify us within 14 days of receipt of the goods that you wish to cancel
Under no circumstances may you cancel orders for artworks commissioned by an artist.
The goods must be returned to the artist within 21 days of delivery: with both goods and all packaging in their original condition; securely packed; including our delivery note; at your risk and expense.
After we receive the goods, we will credit your full credit or debit card no later than 30 days from the date of receipt; If you do not return the goods to us, you will still be liable for the costs. We are under no obligation to collect or recover any goods from you, but if we do, we will bear our costs.
