All orders are packed and shipped out of our gallery in Ostend. Due to the handmade nature of some of our products, some orders may take up to 5-7 business days to ship. As soon as your order is packed and ready to ship, a shipping confirmation email will be sent along with tracking information.
Please note that customs charges are not included, since we can’t calculate them in advance. Shipping prices do include insurance.
Some of our artworks are hand-printed and subject to the natural variation that comes with all handmade products. These variations contribute to the uniqueness of each piece.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
We always hope you will be delighted with your purchases but we know that “stuff happens”. In the event that you aren’t happy with what you bought, you may return the artwork(s) for a refund or exchange within 30 days. Note that some of our artwork is “limited edition” and we may not be able to replace the item like-for-like. In that event we will be happy to refund the cost of purchase.
Returns made after thirty (30) days of receipt will not be accepted. Goods damaged due to buyers’ use and/or negligence will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
To make a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please let us know if you prefer a refund or replacement. If the item has been damaged in transit, please make sure to include photos of the damage in the email. Undamaged Item(s) must be returned in the condition you received it/them.
We will arrange to have the item collected for return and we will pay the return shipping costs. We ask that you pack returns with adequate protective padding and materials, as merchandise damaged from improper packaging or otherwise will not be accepted.
If you are entitled to a refund, it will be credited back to your original method of payment within 10-15 business days of receipt of the artwork(s).
