Drowning Girl by Roy Lichtenstein is an original poster created in 1989 by the Museum of Modern Art in New York.

The image is based on a story from a 1962 DC comic entitled "Secret Love # 83". In the center of an image, a girl is engulfed in water and emotion, seemingly on the verge of drowning. The speech bubble reads: “I don't care! I'd rather sink than call Brad for help!" Lichtenstein's work is hand-painted and is a striking demonstration of the artists' ability to mimic the process of mechanical print production.
